Are you our new Marine Superintendent?

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and self-driven Marine Superintendent. 

The Marine Superintendent will join our passionate team, and work closely cross departments in regard to daily running of our vessels. 

Main tasks:
  • Actively promote and reinforce the company's strong safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and follow up ISM/ISPS/MLC and Navigational audits on assigned vessels.
  • Prepare and follow up of external inspections and audits for assigned vessels.
  • Play a key role in developing marine related procedures.
  • Assist and support the vessels in operational matters.
  • Participate in the investigation of incidents/accidents as part of an investigation team.
  • Provide onboard training in operational and safety matters.

The position reports to HSSEQ & Marine Manager. Travel activities will be a part of the position.

  • Experience as Master, Chief- or Second Officer or other marine/maritime education/experience.
  • Experience from similar positions, and from tankers, is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English oral and written.
