Offshore Crane Operator - On-call staff for the Staffing Pool
Are you an Offshore Crane Operator looking to take on temporary assignments?
HRC is now seeking skilled candidates who can be available on short notice for upcoming temporary rotations.
We currently do not have any fixed rotations, but we would like to get in contact with candidates who are flexible and available to step in when the need arises.
The type and duration of assignments will vary and can be agreed upon from rotation to rotation. Based on experience, these assignments often serve as a great gateway to permanent positions for candidates who perform well and are interested in long-term employment.

Required:
- G5 certificate/ Sparrow Stage 3/ Offshore Crane Stage 3
- IMO 50 Basic Safety Training for Seafarers
- Designated Security Duties
- Valid STCW Medical Certificate
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman’s book
General job requirements:
- Proficiency Certificate Able Seafarer is an advantage
- Boatswain Certificate is an advantage
- HUET / CA-EBS (for assignments where this is required)
- Vaccinations: COVID/Yellow Fever/Hepatitis A & B (for assignments where this is required)
- Experience with larger crane types (250t/300t/400t+) and previous project work.
- For offshore assignments (PSV/AHTS/Subsea/IMR/Offshore Wind/CSOV), experience from relevant vessel types is required
